Jeremy opened up about his own journey of finding self-love after and how it’s changed the way he lives and supports others. We talked about what it really means to live by your values, how to take small steps toward self-love, and how curiosity can help you move through self-judgment.
We also got into the idea of embracing your shadow—the parts of yourself you might try to hide—and how doing that can actually lead to more acceptance and freedom.
