The Sarah Clark Podcast
Welcome to The Sarah Clark Podcast. I’m your host, Sarah Clark — a mom, wife, nutrition coach, and student to life! Here, we dive into all the things — health, wellness, spirituality, motherhood, and more. You’ll hear stories and insights about improving your relationship with food, body, and self, all inspired by my own journey.
But it’s not just about me! You’ll also get fun, raw, and real conversations with others, sharing their experiences and lessons. Growing up, I got teased for asking a million questions — something I used to feel self-conscious about. Now, I see it as one of my greatest strengths, and it’s a big reason why I love podcasting!
Expect a mix of solo episodes and guest interviews where we learn, grow, and then go out and be silly little humans together! Thanks for being here!
